Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Stitch website and application (the “Service”) provided by Stitch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Stitch is a recruiting-intelligence platform for college football coaching staffs. The Service is provided for professional use by authorized coaching personnel. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time, and the Service is currently offered on an invitation basis while in active development.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your program or organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• scrape, harvest, resell, or bulk-export data from the Service except as expressly permitted;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Stitch and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service and grant us the rights necessary to host and provide it to you.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services, including YouTube API Services. Your use of those integrations is also governed by the applicable third-party terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, and by our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information in the Service is complete or accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stitch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
